Trilogy Fragrances Inc., to lend support to the New 'Natural Personal Care Product Standard,' being Introduced by the Natural Product Association (N
Lakewood, NJ (PRWEB) April 29, 2008 -- Trilogy Fragrances Inc. will participate as a steering committee member of the first natural personal care product standard being launched by the Natural Product Association (NPA).
The NPA will announce the details of this new standard, including the steps required for personal care companies to achieve this new level of integrity, on May 1st, 2008.
The purpose of this new standard is to protect the integrity of the term "natural" as applied to personal care products such as lotions, shampoos and cosmetics. Those companies that meet the NPA's high standard for use of the term natural on personal care products will be certified to use a seal easily identifiable to consumers in the labeling and marketing of their products.
