Len Lopez Shares Natural Ways to Overcome Arthritis, Joint Pain and Fibromyalgia

Dallas, Tx (PRWeb) March 19, 2007 -- Nutrition and fitness expert Dr. Len Lopez shares some simple solutions to help reduce inflammation, without the risk of liver, kidney or intestinal damage on the popular television show "Know the Cause," hosted by Doug Kaufman.

People are becoming more dissatisfied with the lack of results from their medications as well as, the terrible side effects. Dr. Lopez will be a guest twice this week and offer some of the simple solutions that can help reduce the pain for all those who suffer from arthritis, fibromyalgia, and everyday joint pain.

Inflammation is the real root of the problem, and simply reducing the inflammation with drugs without identifying what is causing all the inflammation is like constantly replacing burnt out light bulbs - when the real problem is a short in the wire. It doesn't make sense, according to Dr. Lopez.

Our body is designed to be "our own little pharmacy." The questions we need to be asking are, why doesn't our body make enough anti-inflammatory chemicals to keep the pain at bay? Do we eat too much saturated fats and not enough monounsaturated fats? Do we struggle with bloating, gas, indigestion and other irritable bowel problems that promote inflammation? Are we under too much stress that it depletes our adrenal glands ability to make cortisol, a natural anti-inflammatory chemical?

These are the questions that Dr. Lopez will be answering when visiting "Know the Cause" this week with Doug Kaufman.

You can learn more about natural health, and healing when you listen to his radio show, "Action Steps for Health" or read many of the health columns he writes for various publications. You can also sign up to receive his health blog, Health Tips with Dr. Len.
